Who we are: A small, vibrant and successful events company, established in 2000, delivering a series of ongoing workshops and courses in relationship enhancement and transformation, Diamond Light Tantra, the work of Leora Lightwoman. 

 Overview of role: To be Leora’s right hand person, and to successfully manage all aspects of the business, to support her best expressing her creative talents freely. To assess and take creative ideas to fruition. To oversee, manage and develop all aspects of the business, and to increase sales and productivity, to engage in social media and online marketing, whilst guaranteeing high service standards and the smooth running of systems.  To independently manage a small office, both working alone and coordinating the input of part-time contractors, and to bring out maximum motivation, efficiency and results.    Hours and Pay: 30 hours a week over 5 days, rising to 40 hours per week average over a monthly period. Location is London N6 (Highgate).  Hourly rate negotiable depending on experience, with a view to share of business in second year. Availability for monthly evening events and weekend workshops roughly each 3 weeks (schedule available 6 months in advance). Your hours will also be influenced by the needs of the business at the time, and you will deliver projects to completion, which may sometimes involve flexible working hours.   Ideal Candidate Profile: You are an experienced, successful and skilled manager, sales person and events co-ordinator with excellent written and verbal communication skills. You are strong in process management and happy with a hands-on approach to admin. You have a passion for creative partnership and business development, combined with an orientation towards personal development and a spiritual outlook. You have long-term vision and determination, and a track record of successful, ongoing working relationships. You can multitask and prioritize ruthlessly and with grace, and deliver with determination and verve. You are grounded and happy to engage with all aspects of the business, from visioning and financial planning to client relations and closing sales, to event production, systems and supporting administrative tasks. You understand the life-blood and direction of the business, and hold that orientation and focus throughout. You delight in managing and motivating a others towards achieving excellence. You are resourceful and a self-starter – you are eager to learn and expand your expertise when faced with ‘edges’ in your skill base, and can independently source and engage means of support. You are excited to learn and grow in partnership.   Application: Please email your CV with photo, covering letter describing why you are ideally suited for the role, and references to Please also send examples of your writing style. Ideally in the context of your previous roles, such as marketing materials, press releases, articles and reviews, letters or creative writing.
