Title: Salesforce.com Developer
Location: Atlanta, GA or Raleigh, NC

Position Summary
CCCi has an 18 month contract opportunity for a Salesforce.com developer. This position will be primarily responsible for the functionality, architecture, configuration and integration of Salesforce.com applications across the organization. Responsibilities include Salesforce.com application configuration, customized development and extension, issue identification and resolution and writing reports (extending native SFDC reports). This position participates in all phases of the application development cycle of the SalesForce.com application. He/she designs, implements, and tests Salesforce.com application software using Salesforce.com platform technologies/programming languages to satisfy business requirements in a timely manner based on project schedule, with expected software quality. This is a great opportunity for a highly talented Salesforce.com Technical Developer/Analyst with a strong Computer Science/Information Systems background who is looking to build and expand industry-leading software.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in in Computer Science or equivalent preferred.
- 3 to 5 years' experience developing customizations for SFDC.
- Proven experience in SFDC implementations
- Proven experience in overseeing the direction, development, and implementation of CRM software solutions.
- Specific knowledge of CRM SaaS and Salesforce.com highly valued.
- Strong knowledge of CRM software quality assurance best practices and methodologies
- 5 years' experience in all aspects of developing and implementing CRM applications
- Direct experience within a call center, or IT related experience with one or more of the following application components:
- Customer Master Data
- Contact Management/CRM applications
- Call Center
- Service Cloud
- Sales Cloud
- Order Management and Customer Service ERP applications.
- Experience in Salesforce.com application design, architecture and development using Salesforce.com
- Excellent knowledge of the Force.com platform
- Strong practical deployment knowledge of VisualForce, Flex, SalesForce configurations, Apex classes, APEX Web services, API, AppExchange deployment and Slesforce.com s-controls
- Strong with configuration, customization, and programming with APEX APIs, APEX Triggers
- Proficiency in programming suing Salesforce SFDC, Force.com, JavaScript and XMLand
- Experience in developing Salesforce.com custom objects and work-flow business rules.
- Manage the overall design and layout of the Salesforce.com application
- Salesforce.com application configuration and customized development and extension, generally
- Evaluate data entry, import processes and ensure proper data quality standards exist for the Salesforce.com application
- Work with functional leads to transform and develop new requirements into design, implementation
- Extend native SFDC reports to leverage custom fields to create meaningful reports, dashboards
- Providing ongoing support for the Salesforce.com application
- Responsible for Salesforce.com unit and systems testing for new enhancements, system integration
- Effectively work with management and other remote development staff to accomplish Salesforce.com project deliverables
- Ensure Salesforce.com SDLC process and application performance maturation
- Effectively balance and prioritize multiple projects concurrently

Preferred Requirements
- SFDC Developer certification is a big plus (DEV401, DEV501)
- Programming experience preferred with following (mark-up) languages, HTML, XML, SQL
- Ability to travel up to 20% (may require some overnight)
- Candidates local to Raleigh, NC or Atlanta, GA are strongly preferred, but will consider candidates outside of these areas.
