Description
A Top Tier client based in Swindon are looking for a Finance Assistant to join their ever-expanding workforce.
Responsibilities included:
* Development and Production of monthly management and programme reports
* Audit and Sign-off of the finances for projects including budget approvals and project closures
* Maintenance, training and issue resolution of excel based Project Cost Model used to track project costs and forecasts
* Validating supplier invoices against forecast and delivery schedule.
No formal finance qualifications are required but candidates should have a finance background and if not already qualified be studying towards an accountancy or financial qualification.
Technical Skills Required:
* An excellent communicator with a good understanding of finance and accounting principles.
* Good written and verbal English skills
* Able to travel occasionally within Europe.
Domain/System Knowledge:
* Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel and Powerpoint.
* Knowledge of SAP beneficial but not essential
