Overall Job purpose of Senior Insight Analyst
This position is accountable for analysing the Marketing Analytics programs for a large world wide portfolio (>£10BN), driving value by delivering key analytics to support business value and profitability objectives.
Performing analysis through obtaining data in SAS is required. This will include reading the results of tests (at aggregate and segmented levels), working on setting up test designs to garner new learnings, and working closely with teams on grounding financial forecasts, while maintaining responsibility for running financial scenario modelling.
The post holder will assist in the design of test campaigns, which will ensure the ability to have measurable and valid results. And be accountable for analysing new opportunities, helping to optimise existing programs and ensuring all Digital Marketing activities meet corporate return hurdles.
Present back findings internally and to business partners. Opportunity to participate in financial/business reviews updating management on a routine basis.

What you will need
Effective in the use of analytical tools, including SQL, SAS and Excel
Ability to understand which data is important, drive insight from that data, assess the financial impact and recommend action
Team working - Commitment and ability to work with, and in, cross-functional and virtual teams
Communication - Effectively and concisely communicate key issues and ideas through correspondences and verbally without supervision. Interface with upper management effectively. Interface with various departments effectively to ensure project delivery.
