Are you a Document Control Specialist with experience managing engineering drawings ? If so, we want to talk with you immediately.
Come assist in the documentation management for a large client in Terre Haute, IN !
General responsibilities:
· M anag e ALL Engineering and Construction Project documentation such as: architectural and engineering design drawings, vendor submittals, shop drawings, equipment manuals, contracts, invoices, timesheets, etc.
· E nsure all documents meet quality standards for processing and records retention.
· C oordinate with others to obtain missing or incomplete information as well as being responsible to update logs, databases, corporate applications and servers.
· C oordinate shipments of any documentation to and from inside/outside reproduction facilities
· R eceive, retrieve, quality check, prepare, print, scan, and upload documentation to servers
Minimum Qualifications:
· 3+ years experience in document control and electronic data management
· MUST be proficient with Windows and Microsoft Office products (Windows Explorer, Word, Excel, and Outlook).
· HUGE PLUS for candidates with experience in SharePoint.
· The candidate should be knowledgeable with various file types, i.e. .tif, .pdf, .dgn, .dwg. Physical requirements:
· The candidate must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
· Travel and attendance requirements: Consistent 40 hour weeks are expected. Work hours range from 6 am to 6 pm. Work schedule may be changed based upon staffing and workload. Candidate must be available for 2 or more -weeks of travel for training in corporate office in Cincinnati, OH.
