Job Title - Record Management Controls Analyst - Northampton
The Role
This market leading financial services organisation are seeking a Record Management Controls Analyst to manage a project aimed at closing down a disposal Hold that has impacted the whole business. You will liaise frequently with Records Management Champions across the estate and manage the co-ordination of destruction activity. Travel will be required across various sites to make this happen. You will be assisting in maintaining and improving a highly specialised records management risk control and reporting team as necessary. You will define, implement and operate a reporting framework on Records Management Risk related programmes and initiatives.
The Candidate
The Successful Record Management Controls Analyst will have a strong and proven track record within Records Management Risk Reporting protocols and Improvement Projects, ideally within the Financial Services sector. You will also have a good understanding of and practical experience of working with Records Management controls. Good stakeholder management skills are also an essential part of becoming the Record Management Controls Analyst.
