• Leverage prior Web Sphere Process Server experience and technical knowledge to design and implement robust, innovative technology solutions using Web Sphere Integration Developer V7.
• Design, implement and document solutions that solve complex integration and business process challenges.
• Identify and resolve critical design issues and conduct technical quality reviews on projects.
• Review Web Sphere Process Server solution implementations, document lessons learned and recommend improvements where appropriate.

Required Technical Skills

• Minimum 3 years experience working with Web Sphere Process Server and Web Sphere Integration Developer and developing commercial applications in JAVA and J2EE
• J2EE/JEE (CMP/BMP, MDB, Session Beans, JMS, Servlets, JSP)
• Rational Application Developer
• IBM Web Sphere Application Server
• OO design and development (UML and Design Patterns)
• Java Programming
• XML
• SQL
• Web Sphere Adapters
