To provide communication support and guidance. To effectively promote the policies and services through a variety of media to residents, businesses, partner organisations and wider audiences both locally, regionally and nationally. To provide an efficient media relations service with particular regard to the Social Care, Health and Housing Directorate and to assist other Directorates when necessary.
