Description
Our Financial Services client is seeking a RDR Senior Project Manager/Functional Lead to be the primary connection point between Compliance and the RDR Programme.
Working Full time within the RDR Programme the functional lead will:
- Understand current and future demand from each of the other workstreams to own nominated support function (Compliance)
- Aggregate and reconcile that demand and contract with nominated support function for the required deliverables and delivery dates
- Provide functional expertise/input to business requirements and solution design
- Mobilise and coordinate further resources from nominated function
- Reconcile changes occurring in nominated function and in RDR workstreams and escalate issues to RDR design authority as appropriate
- Act with other functional leads, RDR Business Lead and design authority to ensure completeness and consistency of work streams' methods and outputs.
Professional/technical experience
- The role holder will possess a background in change projects with a sound working knowledge of Compliance.
- Evidence of strong influencing skills and success in addressing challenging stakeholder management problems are essential.
- Wealth management/Private Banking experience is a strong advantage. Financial services experience with in investment management or asset management business units is essential.
