Role - Senior Project Manager - Business Change

Our client a leading Insurance Group requires a Senior Project Manager to manage the activity on the Bodily Injury Claims workstream. This role will involve working closely with senior business stakeholders to identify opportunities and drive them to deliver claim spend benefit.

Key Accountabilities/Deliverables

  • Achieve benefit target set by Executives
  • Day to day management of initiative activity (focusing on robustness of opportunity, metric sign off and benefit delivery
  • Risk and issue management.
  • Driving actions through to satisfactory and timely conclusion
  • Maintaining stream level reporting on initiative progress
  • Producing material as required for executive updates, Programme Steering Group and Project Boards
  • Cost management on opportunities
  • High quality and timely communications to Programme Manager, Sponsor and Business Owners as required
  • Management of virtual Finance and Business team.
  • Management of any PM/BA/Data analytical resource aligned to stream

Core Skills required

  • Claims knowledge - Bodily Injury and Motor
  • Excellent experience of managing non IT driven Business/Operational change
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Senior stakeholder management
  • Ability to meet challenging targets
