Position: PPI Complaint Handler

Location: Northampton
Duration: 12 Months
Salary: £180-£250 (dependant on experience)
Outsource UK are actively seeking to recruit a number of PPI Complaint Handlers to work with our client, a strong leader in the Financial Services arena.

The Job:
Full investigation of PPI Complaints - including redress calculations.
Key Responsibilities/Daily Activities
- Handling a full caseload of PPI complains and managing them through to resolution
- Carry out full and comprehensive investigations into an agreed number of PPI complaints each week to the required quality levels.
- Maintain quality and productivity levels throughout the duration of the contract.
Skills/Experience Required:
- Good level of experience in PPI complaint handling is essential.
- Be able to demonstrate the ability to carry out full investigations (non fast-track cases)
- Experienced in producing detailed letters and decision reports to a high standard
- Experience of redress process and completing calculations is beneficial
- Full investigation of PPI Complaints - full life cycle, through to resolution
- Ideally experience within Retail Banking
- Knowledge/experience of FOS regulations
