We are looking for the Head of Customer support to lead a team of dedicated customer services across a portfolio of Online and On Demand properties. There will be some major changes within this client and therefore the successful candidate will be able to lead this team and the change management process.

You will be an experienced customer support representative and will need to work closely with operational and product teams to ensure the voice of the customer is fed into ongoing improvement and enhancement programmes. Ability to organise and prioritise workload to increase productivity to tight deadlines. A strong ability in Customer support management systems and attention to detail in pro-actively delivering effective feedback and reporting to stakeholders. Proven ability to use Customer Support E-commerce tools would also be desirable.

Experience of working within On demand and online is essential for this role
