Supplier Development Manager - Aerospace

Description

Supplier Development Manager wanted on a long-term CONTRACT basis by leading aerospace engineering company

Essential Requirements
Experienced in a leadership/management role within Supplier Development, ideally within the UK aerospace industry

Key duties:
1. Conduct Supplier Assessments and Audits.
2. Define and develop the Business Management System and Process map with regard to Supplier Development
3. Manage all supplier SC21 activity.
4. Embed sustainable supplier performance including risk identification and suitable mitigation.
5. Lead continuous improvement activities across supply base.
6. Manage in conjunction with Purchasing, Quality and Manufacturing Engineering, all PPAP/LAI/FAI/PRR on-boarding activity.
