Description
An opportunity has arisen to join a leading Investment bank to work as part of a large regulatory business change programme. The roleholder will work closely with the business and have access to subject matter experts where appropriate, you will be tasked with programme management and execution of key change initiatives. This will require robust Programme management skills to ensure that programmes provide effective solutions to existing gaps in technology/processes via the implementation of operating model solutions which meet the business requirements. The role will included daily interaction with representatives from business partners outside Operations will be expected may include but not limited to, Equity, Fixed Income & Currency Investment Desks, Product Development Groups and Legal teams.
You will be an experienced Programme Manager with solid experience of implementing business change programmes within an Asset Management/Investment banking arena. You must have worked on large regulatory change programmes including good knowledge of MIFID. This role is focussed on business change as opposed to IT therefore you must have solid experience of delivering business change.
