Description
Our Client, a major UK Banking Group, is looking to recruit a SOX Tester, for a Contract role to be based in London.You will be an expert on Sarbanes Oxley, delivering and executing SOX responsibilities, you will assess the effectiveness of the controls environment and perform appropriate planning, reviews, and testing, and make recommendations as appropriate.
You will assist with the annual planning & monthly monitoring of targets and document in-scope SOX processes including risk overlays, flowcharts, process narratives, process risk assessments, hand offs, and test plans. You will assess & test the effectiveness of the overall controls environment and key IT and Non IT controls within that environment and compile reports to Business Units on a monthly basis. You will assisting with SOX oversight and manage relationships with the business units and third party suppliers. You will also manage various members of the team to achieve the above responsibilities and providing career advice, management & training to direct reports.
