Microsoft Lync Server 2010 Technical Consultant

CCCi has an opportunity for Microsoft Lync Server 2010 Technical Consultant to work with our Computer Services client on multiple projects.

Required Skills:
- 5+ years of experience with configuration of Microsoft LCS, OCS and/or Lync.
- 5+ years' experience deploying instant messaging, presence, voice conferencing and similar products in an enterprise environment.
- 5+ years' experience with design familiar with Microsoft Office Communications Server (and/or LCS) with specific experience with Communications Web Access, Microsoft Edge Server, Front End Design, sizing and configuration of SQL database Back End, bandwidth considerations, QoS services, mediation services, establishing telephony interfaces (eg SIP trunking), and etc.
- Experience with at least three enterprise wide migrations involving users from one unified communications platform to LCS, OCS, or Lync.
- Experience in voice conferencing and/or Voice IP telephony including interfaces with CLEC/ILEC systems or enterprise telephony systems (eg Cisco, Avaya, etc.).
- Understanding and knowledge of applying quality standards.
- Ability to work with a team.
- Good communication skills.

Education and Experience Required:
- Typically a technical Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of two years of related experience or a Master's degree and up to two years of experience.
