Our St. Catharines is seeking a part time Service Desk Analyst for an 18 month contract to start.
Skills required:
- Experience providing technical support for Microsoft Windows (2000,XP, 7), Office and Exchange
- Customer Service orientation, with strong interpersonal and oral communication skills
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks in a high pressure environment
- Written skills to prepare system service documentation
- ITIL certification is an asset
