Title: Web Producer/Strategist
Duration: 6 mos+
Location: San Jose, CA
We are looking for a seasoned, experienced professional who will work with key internal stakeholder to discuss web strategy; manage multiple long-term and short-term initiatives simultaneously and possess outstanding organizational, follow up, prioritization, and communications skills. This position requires the ability to collaborate across and within the organization.
The ideal candidate should have the following skills:
- 5+ years of experience as a Web Producer/Strategist or Manager who can handle strategy and tactical responsibilities.
- Has Large enterprise experience with experience in Site Catalyst or SharePoint a huge plus
- Ability to work on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
- Ability to bring insight, knowledge, best practices and feedback to discuss strategy
- Ability to project manage multiple web activities at once
- Understand stakeholders, their tasks and web needs
- Ability to understand web visitors tasks and web needs to define the best web experience
- Excellent presentation, communication, negotiation, influence and collaboration skills
Job Activities & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholder on web strategy and integration plans, including an upcoming site redesign, aggressive SEO plan, and updates to enhance messaging on site
- Participate in project planning and coordination of web projects
- Work with design and content/editing resources to develop page mock-ups to hand off to web developer
- Perform QA testing both before and after key launch deliverables are deployed
- Obtain and analyze web metrics to create presentations for measurement of programs
- Follow best practices for web user experience to ensure good user experience
- Implement Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and site search best practices
- Reinforce web best practices, processes and procedures
Required:
- BA/BS degree preferred and a minimum of 5 years of related experience in web marketing and/or team leadership
