My banking client based in Edinburgh requires a Change Analyst to work on an integration programme who will be involved in requirements gathering, as is to be process mapping and business change operations. The candidate must have strong stakeholder engagement and a willing to get the job done under the guidance of Senior Change Analysts and Change Managers. Previous knowledge of retail banking is highly beneficial. It is also important to have strong documentation and communication skills as you will be working with all levels of the organisation.
