Title: Service Desk Technical Support
Location: Edina, MN (55416)
Duration: 3months + (possible extensions)

Our client, a major Fortune 100 organization in the Minneapolis metro, is looking for an IT professional to work on an ongoing, long term contract basis. The selected individual will be fully versed in the use of the technology with a minimum of 2 years experience.

Responsibilities:
-Strong Customer Service skills
-Strong Oral Communication and Phone Skills
-Windows OS Microsoft Office Suite
-Remote access knowledge
-Strong Problem solving skills
-1-year experience with PC hardware, both desktop and laptop and imaging
-Responsible for any computer moves as directed by the facilities department (unplug; replug)
-Software installations - either attended or unattended
-Strong time management skills
-Self-starter
-Demonstrated ability to follow instructions
