This reputable organisation is seeking a talented Web Developer to join its IT department for an initial 12 month contract starting ASAP. The successful applicant will responsible for developing, delivering and maintaining robust, high quality web based applications for clients and stakeholders in liaison with other IT professionals.

The successful applicant will be responsible for but not limited to the following;

• Provide web based software development services
• Undertake web server and database administration
• Provide technical advice on web site development
• Manage the design and development of web-based projects to be delivered in a timely manner and within specification
• Undertake other software development tasks including applications development and systems analysis

To be suitable for this role you will ideally have:

• At least 3 years experience in web development
• Highly developed skills in PHP and/or ASP, .NET
• Experience in Front End and Back End development, including MySQL, MsSQL or PostgreSQL database.
• Experience with Content Management Systems would be an advantage
• Excellent organisation skills and the ability to prioritise
• Effectively communication and written skills
