One of the largest federal government agencies is currently in search of a Organisational Change Manager. You will responsible for the Design and management of the project's strategy and approach for organisational change management and communication. You will be Liaising with and building strong relationships with senior stakeholders and work closely with business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders..

The successful candidate will have the following experience:

  • At least 10 years' experience in organisational change management, communications or a related field
  • Experience in providing organisational change management services to ICT projects
  • Experience working in an Australian Federal Government environment
  • Tertiary-level qualification in Business, Information Technology, Organisational Change Management or a related discipline is Preferred but not essential.

This is a great opportunity to secure a long term contract, starting ASAP for an initial contract up until June 2012.
