Rate: £250 per day

Outsource UK Ltd our actively seeking to recruit PPI Complaint Handler/Case Manager professional to work with our client a strong leader in the Financial Services arena.

Duties/Role:

  • The successful candidate will be responsible to carry out full and comprehensive investigations into an agreed number of PPI Complaints each week to the required quality levels
  • Maintain these quality and productivity levels throughout the duration of the contract.
  • Demonstrate the ability to carry out full investigations and produce details letter and decision report to a high standard.
  • Handling a full caseload of PPI Complaints and managing them through to resolution.

Experience & Skills Required

  • PPI Complaints handling experience will be essential.
  • Experience of redress process and completing calculations highly beneficial.
