Title: Customer Services Project Manager
Location: San Jose, CA.
Contract: 6+months (renewed quarterly)

Knowledge of security compliance
He/she will be responsible for answering customer complaints via emails about security and privacy issues
Previous customer service experience
Good project management skills
Ability to learn the details of the marketing system, data, and related processes.
Aptitude for working with data and learning about new data subject areas.
Ability to think strategically and execute various tactical tasks, as needed.
Experience with SQL
Knowledge of execution/marketing automation software; MS Excel, MS Access, and MS PowerPoint.

Required
Respond to customer inquiries and requests
Provide policy guidance to internal stakeholders
Project Management experience for internal privacy audit actions and internal projects
Consult with acquisition integration team on process and necessary steps for integrating acquired companies

Nice to have
Exposure to global privacy regulations and marketing processes (direct mktg, advertising).
CIPP certified (accreditation as privacy professional from IAPP)
Multilingual (Spanish, French, Portuguese, German)
