Outsource UK are actively seeking to recruit a Project Manager for a 3 month initial contract based with our key financial services Client, that we are working with as a first tier supplier.

The Job: Working as a Project Manager on a key migration project, the Project Manager will be required to undertake a variety of tasks including:
- Liaise with channels and products workstreams on planning customer journey pre and post migration.
- Analyse and optimise customer experience through all channels at a process level.
- Generate new functional requirements and identify mitigation actions for a positive customer experience.
- Provide support with Integration Contact Centre gaps and operating model
Skills Required:
- The successful candidates must demonstrate good process analysis experience
- Previous experience with Big 4 firms desirable although not essential
- Financial services industry knowledge would be advantageous
This role will be based in London & Milton Keynes, Bucks, which is commutable from Northamptonshire, Beds, Oxon, Leicestershire, Middlesex, Herts
