Our client is urgently looking for a FO RAN Performance Engineer to join a project in the UK
Key Objectives
- The RAN ARC Team manages a multi-vendor 3G network across the UK and ROI. Our prime objective is to help Ericsson Services Limited provide the best service to our customers' network.
- As part of this team you will be involved in ensuring network performance is always at a maximum, in accordance with the SLA's and KPI's and as such ensuring a good customer experience.

Responsibilities
- Monitor network's performance, ensuring all SLA's and KPI's are met.
- Take ownership of all performance faults, ensuring they are managed through to resolution or escalating where required.
- Identify potential performance problems, highlighting improvements required to avoid them.
- Identify potential short falls in performance monitoring and montioring tools, escalating to requirements to engineering via the Princpal Engineer.
- Technical lead for performance realated problems.
- Ensure all performance faults and degradations are captured in the trouble ticketing systems, providing regular and accurate updates.
- Follow all processes and procedures, identifying and informing the RAN ARC Shift Leader of any improvements required.
- Provide support to FOps, Optimisation and all Vendors and assistance to other keys areas of Operations/Business with regards to RAN related issues.
- Raise Root Cause Analysis (RCA) trouble tickets for all resolved faults where the root cause is not clear or unknown.
