Christmas Retail Advisor. Temporary position starting ASAP.
Rate of pay: £7 per hour
Hours of work: 12
Various shifts required to work Monday - Sunday.

Must Haves
To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate the following:
* Experience in a retail or customer service role
* Great listening skills, with the ability to understand and relate to the customers needs
* The ability to exceed the customers expectations
* A character people instantly warm to, whether they want a new phone or not
* Enjoy working in a busy and challenging environment
The Environment
You'll be surrounded by top-of-the-range phones and accessories. They'll all be presented in an easy-to-understand way, with different areas where customers can play with new innovations, for example, or relax while their paperwork's sorted out.
You'll be at the centre of it all; from meeting and greeting customers to processing payments and ensuring stock levels are monitored.
We are looking for people to be flexible with their working hours, weekends will be required. These roles are due to start on the 15th November 2011 with a view to continue on until mid January 2012.
