IT Project Administrator/Site Coordinator
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced IT Project Administrator/Site Coordinator to join a well-established blue chip organisation based in Aldermaston near Tadley.
As an IT Project Administrator/Site Coordinator you will be responsible for the coordination and administration of a refresh project. You will undertake the processing, reporting and management of Company specific reporting requirements, both weekly and monthly, for all site, branch and mobile departments.
The successful IT Project Administrator/Site Coordinator will have:
. At least 1 year's recent administration experience.
* Excellent customer service skills
* Strong Microsoft Office skills (particularly EXCEL)
* Exceptional telephone manner and communication skills.
* Good awareness of IT systems and IT support terminology
Your organisational skills will be second to none as will your time Management Skills. Previous experience of managing your own workload and working with your own initiative are essential for this role. The client is looking for an enthusiastic and bubbly individual willing to go the extra mile and contribute to this and dynamic innovative team.
This is a contract position expected to last from 6 - 12 months with the possibility of a Permanent opportunity after this date.
This would suit an individual with a year's administration experience looking to start their career by getting a foot in the door to an international expanding company!
