Description
SAP BW Reporting Analyst
Support the integration, transition, and implementation of the SAP BW reporting solution from TCCC technical platform to CCR technical platform. This transition of platforms will allow for the full integration including historical information of CCR data. Additionally, resource will be required to enhance functionality within the environment utilizing development tools to deliver integrated reporting requirements as defined by the HR Leadership Team.
Technical
BOE XI 3.x (Business Objects Enterprise) versions prior to 3.0 did not support SAP very well and the architecture has changed so significantly that prior version knowledge is nearly irrelevant.

Web Intelligence (WebI)
Any OLAP tools such as Voyager, BEX Excel, BEX web, etc.
Excel 2010 Pivot tables, Data functions and charts
SAP HR or SAP BW HR functional knowledge
Competencies/Experience
HR experience understanding the data is key to success with the tools
Analytical understands relationships between data (ie finance and HR )
Visual
Logical/process focused helps with understanding of data flow
Skillset Required: SAP Business Intelligence tools, including but not limited to SAP BW, xCelsius, Crystal Reports; Excellent written (documentation) and verbal communication skills; Ability to successful manage multiple activities and priorities; Ability to work with various levels of organization to define and document requirements;
Desired: SAP OM/PA/Compensation/Finance; previous experience in delivering dashboards and scorecards via SAP Business Intelligence tools
