An interesting requirement has just arisen within a key Financial Services Client based in Edinburgh. Supporting and reporting to the Senior Management, the Senior Change Manager is required to join the team and take responsibility for management, delivery & governance of key programmes and projects.
Based from their small City Centre office, candidates are required to have an in-depth knowledge of the Change Management arena, extensive Financial Services experience (Wealth, Asset or Investment Management) and full project management life cycle experience. Specifically, candidates are required to have a strong Project & Change management delivery track record, have previous experience of formal Project Management & Governance methodologies, the ability to manage project teams, strong project planning and the ability to manage and work with key senior stakeholders will be absolutely essential.
In addition to the above requirements, candidates who have reported to board level previously will be highly sought.
