Description
The Employee Relations (ER) Analyst is part of the HR Service Delivery organization providing experienced, professional, and specialist services. The HR Service Delivery organization will have specific knowledge of local laws and policies related to process area they support in a geographical unit/country. The ER Analyst is responsible for delivering all employee relations related activities. This role offers an opportunity to gain exposure to a wide range of Employee Relations policies and procedures and to the relevant UK Employment Law. Post Graduate/Graduate degree with focus in Human Resource Management Experience of delivering HR services to internal/external clients is preferred Good communication and relationship management skills
