MS Office and Captivate. Articulate and Lectora experience preferred. LMS experience would also be a bonus.

The eLearning Specialist is responsible for leading and project managing the development of eLearning training programs following the ADDIE model. The eLearning Specialist has advanced knowledge of eLearning best practices and development tools. As a skilled project manager, he/she interacts effectively with clients, is able to work on multiple tasks simultaneously, delegates responsibility to others, and ensures projects meet objectives and deadlines. He/She often provides constructive feedback on course designs, training solutions, and processes. In leading by example and through coaching and mentoring, the eLearning Specialist inspires colleagues to develop professionally.

Responsibilities
The Senior ID will be responsible for researching and developing courseware for eLearning, web-based virtual classroom and instructor-led training programs following the ADDIE model.

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Provide leadership in the definition and creation of eLearning initiatives
Analyze and define training needs.
Design and develop training curricula and all associated and supplemental materials for instructor-led classroom, instructor-led and recorded virtual classroom, and eLearning delivery
Administer LMS and assessment tools
Research, evaluate, and introduce new training delivery methods
Produce training materials and supporting documentation of the highest quality
Develop level 2 course and curricula assessments
Lead and manage course development efforts by working closely with Trainers,
SMEs and team members
Assist in the creation of templates for classroom guides and supporting teaching materials, multimedia training, and testing materials
Be a leader; teach others through one-on-one mentoring and by example
Serve as a senior editor for training department
Regularly contribute to the development of best practices within the Instructional Design team
Define and follow team standards, procedures and processes

Required
BA in English or relevant degree with technical and/or sales background
5+ years Creating sales and/or technical skills competency-based training
3+ years Performing needs analysis and course/curriculum design
3+ years Developing interactive eLearning content
2+ years Mentoring or coaching others on ID/eLearning skills development
2+ years Delivering classroom training and/or Web-based facilitation
2+ years Collecting and analyzing measurements of learning
1-3 years LMS administration

Preferred
MA in Instructional Design/Instructional technology
Advanced knowledge of E-learning and strong experience with E-learning development tools
Strong LMS administration
Experience in the electronic transaction processing industry
