Job Description
The successful Customer Operations Training Specialist is responsible for the design, development, delivery, evaluation, continuous improvement, and maintenance of job specific training the clients Customer Operations audience supporting both newly hired and/or tenured employees. This role will report to the Training Supervisor and support the Corporate Operational Strategy, the client culture, an environment of personal and professional growth, and the overall Customer Operations objectives to Cultivate Customers, Strengthen Operations and Engage Employees.

Qualifications:
Demonstrate an ability to effectively work on multiple assignments, activities or projects as required. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to successfully interact and communicate with all levels of the organization; influencing without authority. Effective at project management, critical thinking and problem solving. Demonstrated ability to remain flexible and effective in a dynamic work environment. Bachelor's degree required in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Education, Communication, or Business or equivalent work experience. Two plus years experience working as an instructional designer, trainer, training developer, or training facilitator. Knowledge of instructional design theories and experience in translating those theories into real-world course materials. Familiarity with the ADDIE model for developing training. Previous experience in a customer service environment preferred. Experience with Adobe Software Suite (Captivate, Flash and Photoshop) and HTML a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Information Mapping preferred but not required.
