Verification compliance consultant
The role is for a suitable person to assist with oversight work of Single Customer View (SCV) obligations that deposit takers (Banks, Building Societies and Credit Unions) have to comply with the European Deposit Scheme Directive and 2009 Banking Act.
We are looking to recruit for a compliance consultant to focus on providing subject matter expertise for FSCS on the Single Customer View for Faster Payout in a short period. This will enable the successful candidate to provide support and assistance for the Verification Lead and a new graduate starter.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- To be a Subject Matter Expert on Single Customer View Faster Payout.
- To deal with queries from deposit takers regarding COMP rules and their application.
- Analyse and assess the results from the verification exercise
- Offers advice, guidance and coaching when necessary. To share experience and knowledge and to act as a point of reference for colleagues
- Works with the FSA (or its successor) and their appointed outsource partner as required to support any thematic review requirements presented
- Identifies opportunities to improve the SCV verification process and acts effectively in taking them forward as appropriate any interest at all please apply.
