Within this role you will be working as a Service Charges Finance Officer responsible for budget setting and the preparation of Service Charge statements and accounts for a region within the Group. You will be part of a team focused on the delivery of an efficient and responsive service charge process ensuring that excellent customer service is delivered. You will also contribute to the process of transforming the service for the Group by introducing new efficiencies and automation. Ideally you will have experience of the Housing environment and have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
