Description
Experis is looking for an experienced Change Management lead to join their client's project team in downtown Chicago.
- Lead will be responsible for establishing the overall change management strategy and plan, set timescales, phasing, and approach including:
Communication
Training
Stakeholder management
Organization and transition management
Risk management
- Develops detailed change plan
- Obtains management commitment to the change plan
- Escalates and resolves any change management issues to project management and client top management
- Plans and coordinates the change management activities with those of the system implementation project team
- Co-ordinates the work activities change management (overall and in business units)
- Monitors the progress of change management activities
- Prepares change management progress status report for the steering committee and project management
- Executes the stakeholder management plan
- orks with client management on developing the organization transition plan document
For Business Process Improvement Area:
- Provides input to Common Design Processes
- Ensures local implementation compliance with Common Process.
- Ensures local project meets the overall project time line and objectives
- Resolves any local project issues
- Escalates to Program Management Office unresolved issues
- Provides regular project update to Program Management Office
- Provides input to Change Management Team and Functional Team on major process changes due to process design
