Experis is looking for an experienced Change Management Lead to join their client's project team in downtown Chicago. Project team is working on replacement of two key infrastructure tools with a comprehensive CMDB (Configuration Management Database) solution.

Role Summary:
Looking for a Change Management lead to coordinate change activities, training, communications, and process updated with internal user communities

Key Responsibilities:
- Work with workstream leads and stakeholders to identify and classify program requirements and priorities and obtain stakeholder agreement and signoff on same
- Assist with design and creation of end user processes and instructional documentation to support functional processes in new tools
- Create and conduct training with key user groups
- Facilitate user acceptance testing where necessary with new tools
- Coordinate communications with stakeholders and end user groups
- Other Change Management activities as agreed upon during the plan & analyze phase

Skill and Work Requirements:
- Experience with:
o Gathering and documenting functional requirements
o Process documentation planning and creation
o Communications planning and preparation
o Training preparation and execution
- Experience in leading a team of Change Management personnel over multiple workstreams
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Self-starter does not wait to be told what to do or what to look for
- Ability to identify and propose solutions to issues and identify when escalation is necessary
- Flexible work style able to work well with different cultures and work styles
