A well known organisation with a large customer base is urgently looking for a Web Content Specialist with strong Red Dot experience to work in a fast paced and exciting environment.
About The Role
This role involves the management of the day-to-day operational tasks of running the Corporate websites. This role is primarily concerned with developing and managing one of the organisations key websites, content management and supporting and maintaining internal networks to facilitate relevance and growth of the website. The role also encompasses responsibility regarding website design, reporting, governance and administration across other Company websites.
Key Skills & Experience Required:
- 2+ years content administration of a large corporate Internet or Intranet website
- Developer level experience with RedDot CMS (eg able to build and modify templates)
- Intermediate HTML and CSS skills. Competent user of Photoshop, Dreamweaver or other web design software
- Solid understanding of website usability practices, metrics and industry trends
- Excellent time management, organisation and self-motivational skills
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills with high attention to detail
- Manage websites and provide support to internal stakeholders for website content updates
- Carry out enhancements and updates to website structures, areas and functionality and ensure content development projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
- Develop and maintain the corporate website structure, templates and elements
Identify, regulate, and train all website stakeholders in content management procedures and processes. - Publish and verify approved content to live Internet sites with agreed process and schedule using agreed tools
- Analyse and prepare reports for website and marketing/sales efforts, including email communications.
