We are currently supporting one of our clients with a Contract opportunity for a Information Systems Analyst in their Jacksonville, FL location. Responsibilities:
Provide Business Analyst Functions to determine scope and requirements for software enhancements within the billing system application.
Creates Requirement documents and detailed test plans
Collaborate with business partners and technical staff to identify and define solutions based on high level scope.
Keep managers, project teams and business unit customers informed of activities and problems within assigned areas of responsibility.
Knowledgeable with Mercury Quality Center; used to develop, document, and execute Test Scripts used for system and regression testing;
Works with Policy Support, Help Desk and UAT to resolve trouble ticket issues
Works closely with integrated teams including BAs, Developers and architects to resolve defects;
Estimates projects in a timely and accurate manner.
Liaison for UAT testing and signoff; Triages all defects opened by UAT
Attends weekly QA and Roll Team meetings and provides weekly status updates; also attends all Collaborative Requirements meetings.

Qualifications:
3+ years of progressively more responsible IS technical and business analyst experience
Experience working in primarily Java and Agile development environments preferred
Insurance or Financial Services Industry knowledge/experience is preferred.
Working knowledge of test driven development, analytical and quality assurance tools
Ability to significantly multi-task and orchestrate concurrent projects, with minimal supervision
Experience in collaboratively and individually defining and documenting detailed customer requirements (with the ability to learn/use a variety of methods and tools based on the project and customer.)
Experience with creation and maintenance of documentation for various application systems.
Must have excellent communication (verbal and written), analytical, organizational and problem solving skills
Familiarity with Windows XP/7 and the MS Office Suite including Excel, Project, SharePoint and Visio.
Bachelor's degree in an Information Systems or related discipline, or equivalent in work experience
