Description
This position involves supporting the Systems Manager to manage strategic systems projects and development from inception to execution to increase productivity, reduce costs and improve customer experience.Key responsibilities:
- Mapping and documentation of processes including identification of new or changed processes due to implementation of systems or projects
- Development of key project related documents including Business Cases and Business Requirements
- Cost Benefit Analysis for any system development or enhancement
- Coordination and review of training documentation for new systems, system development and projects
- Definition and coordination of customer communication requirements for projects
- Definition and coordination of voice telephony requirements for projects
- Documentation, coordination and execution of UAT for Credit Operations systems managed by Systems
- Providing support to administrators and users during deployment of new systems
- Documentation of project interactions including workshops and meetings
- Track and communicate progress of projects across Credit Operations
- Excellent communication abilities - both written and verbal as the role involves significant interaction with stakeholders
- Solid relationship building/management skills
- Strong team player
- Strong Project Management skills and experience in project initiation and execution
- Problem Solving/Analytics skills and experience
- Good process mapping skills
Highly desirable
- Good understanding of Credit policies, UCCC, Code of Banking Practice
- Good understanding of Australian banking/consumer lending industry
