Call Center Handler/Call Support

CCCi has an awesome opportunity for a Call Center Handler/Call Support position with our Local Computer Services' client looking for very sharp candidates to work in a demanding and fast-paced environment supporting a major financial institution.

Responsibilities:
- This project will require dedicated persons to support the Project Team.
- This person will need to be able to support a wide variety of administrative duties. Job requirements will include but are not limited to:
- Call Support/Call Handling-Candidates will be on the phone
- Expected to support/route/capture incident calls and escalations
- overall documentation of formal and non-formal discussions, work in a professional environment
- provide customer service via phone and in person, understand technical terminology
- extremely flexible work schedule
- understand to scale drawings
- be energetic and passionate about detail.

Candidates need to be aggressive, have strong personalities and willing to be part of a fast paced and dynamic team!

Call Center Handler/Call Support Skills/Experience:
- Support Call Center environment
- At least 1 year experience in computer related field, help desk support or call center
- Ability to handle multiple calls at the same time
- Detailed oriented for data capture
- Punctual and Reliable
- Be able to type 30-35 WPM
- Understand basic theories of computers, networking, networking hardware and troubleshooting of networking.
- Competent user of MS Office Suite-Visio and Excel, Adobe and PoerPoint
- Field experience a plus

These skills are a huge plus:
- A+ Certified
- Net+ Certified
- Previous experience working with banking hardware.
