Description
A major UK Plc is currently seeking a interim Instructional Designer to create a set of Multi-media Learning tools to support their HR transformation initiative.
Working with the Head of Training, your remit will be to engage project stakeholders to capture the essence of 'New Ways of Working', whilst also working with the Communications lead to tailor specific messaging and content.
The core activities will include:
* Create pre-Training collateral (physical documentation) which raises understanding and engagement into the new ways of working
* Engage HR leaders and project stakeholders to understand implications of the changes
* Create scripts and story boards for the TV & Video production teams to story enabling them to create educational/awareness 'short films'
* Design eLearning pages which engages and measures understanding of the impending IT changes
You will have a track-record of:
* Creating and designing eLearning material
* Creating TV scripts and story boards for TV/Video production
* Working with internal communications teams to ensure appropriate cultural messaging
* Creating and designing hard copy pre-Training collateral
