Description
Datasource have an immediate requirement for an SC cleared Service Control Analyst.The Service Control Analyst is responsible for supporting the Service Control Manger and the coordinating of Change and Releases in to service environments to ensure that appropriate service design(s) are maintained and validated and that accurate configuration management records are updated.
The Service Control Analyst will also manage discovery and other information feeds into the Configuration Management System (CMS) to ensure that any exceptions are identified and investigated as well as supporting the ongoing audit of the service assets and configuration items.
Due to the nature of the work candidates should already hold current SC clearance or be willing and able to undergo the lengthy process prior to appointment.
