Our client is seeking an experienced SQL Report Writer to join the organisation on a contractual basis.

Responsible for data analysis and management reporting, Creates/designs and runs database reports using PC platforms or report writing tools based on end-user needs. Incorporates end user requests and requirements to develop and enterprise reporting solutions. Collaborates with various departments to achieve business results.
- Strong SQL skills gained in MS SQL Server development environment.
- Good understanding of relational databases.
- Expert knowledge and experience in the creation of Management Information using a number of different technical tools, including (SSIS/DTS) and reporting (SSRS) services as well as SQL Scripting and DR solutions.
- Good understanding of data warehousing principles
- Experience of data standards and interoperability
- Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills.
- Knowledge of core IT Development processes eg quality assurance, version control...
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and interpersonal including strong influencing and persuasion abilities).
- Copes well with conflict and contention.
- Proven decision making ability.
