You will be a Qualified Accountant with extensive knowledge of support services in particular with IS and Property; You must have demonstrable understanding of budgets for IS and Property held directly and indirectly and service delivery implications - both for IS and Property, and for (front facing) Services. You must only apply if you have experience and understanding implications of impact on the Council of changes from support service charges given differing funding sources - revenue; capital; housing; grants.
