SCM Automation Engineer

We are looking for a SCM tools and automation expert to join a small team of engineers responsible for supporting and improving The Walt Disney Company's central SCM applications. The SCM Automation Engineer will develop software solutions to improve the quality and efficiency of the SDLC.

Position Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain tools and automation for code builds, deployments, and developer client setup
Determine and resolve the root cause of OO code build and release errors
Application support for Quickbuild, Maven, Archiva, and Perforce

Skills (Mandatory)
Scripting with one or more of the following: Perl, Python, shell, VB
Ability to write moderately complex SQL queries
Strong experience with several industry leading code management, continuous integration, artifact repository, and/or deployment applications (ideally: Quickbuild, Maven, Archiva, Perforce)
System administration in a Windows and/or Linux environment
Enterprise web application experience with Apache, Tomcat, and/or IIS

Skills (Optional, but priority will be given to candidates who have these skills in addition to the mandatory ones above)
Object-oriented programming
Open source SCM tools is a plus (eg Chef, Github, Hudson)

Must have a strong sense of ownership
Must have a passion for SCM technologies and automation
Must have very good customer service skills
Must have very good communication
