Description
Leading Investment Bank require a strategic business manager to initiate technology change programmes across the entire investment banking arm and ensure they are in line with the corporate strategy and budgets.
The role be based in the office of the chief information officer and will involve presenting business cases to COO, CIO and CTO Level staff, ensuring programmes are well resourced, then handing them over to programme managers. The role requires a hybrid candidate who can work strategically but does not mind doing some elements of hands-on work.

Solid Investment Banking experience,
Experience of working in a cross functional team such as COO,
Strategic experience (eg above programme level),
A solid understanding of IT/technology withing banking.
Experience facing off to senior bank staff such as CIOs
