Our client is a Financial Services organisation.
The Assignment.
To lead and manage a Securities and Settlements team through a significant period of change (c. 18 months), covering people, systems and processes.
The Candidate.
You will have come from a Treasury or Settlements background and will have excellent people management and development skills. You will have experience of leading a team of 10-12 people through significant organisational change and be comfortable dealing with the issues that are caused during such change. Our client does not require a highly technical settlements manager - but they do need someone who understands Settlements and who has highly developed people management skills.
