My client a leader in Financial Services is currently looking for an experienced Change Manager.
The purpose of this role is to set up and manage the EDW BOM (Business Operating Model) workstream, collaboratively as part of a cross divisional strategic team to define the scope, resource profile and structure, governance forums, release approach to planning for the delivery of the new enterprise data ware house BOM.
This will include data management, process design, people management, and a sound knowledge of Teradata Warehouse.
You will be required to define and manage the required project activities within required timelines, liaising closely with stakeholders to ensure a consistent approach to various business functions and enable a comprehensive operating framework that supports and enables the teradata warehouse on a release by release basis.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable operating in a strategic environment with senior stakeholders and possess excellent interpersonal skills, strong PM capability and previous experience of defining and implementing business operating models (BOM).
