Description
Growing company is seeking a QA resource to help with a 9 month project. Responsibilities: Evaluating and testing new or modified business processes, rates, edits, and screens; troubleshooting of testing issues and recording results; maintaining high level of customer support; Creating technical documentation to support changes; Create and execute test cases and scripts; perform full system integration testing; Coordination with development teams to resolve product defects; track and report on the removal of defects; Communicate and coordinate all phrases of a project to ensure quality and results
Experience required:
Bachelor's degree or experience commensurate with a four-year college degree; Knowledge of property and casualty insurance products; Background in rating or underwriting analysis preferred; At least three to five years experience in quality assurance and/or software testing; Communication skills at a level that can easily interact with employees and departmental managers. Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment; Good scheduling, organizational and project management skills Strong computer, analytical, writing, and training skills
